Musical Fireside with Latter-day Voices

February 26, 2012 at 7 p.m. in the Willow Park Church (340 West 700 South)

The Latter-day Voices, the auditioned choral group from the Logan LDS Institute of Religion, represents LDS Institutes worldwide as they sing in Cache Valley and surrounding areas.

There are 85 members of this vocal group (over 450 auditioned in Fall 2011). Most are returned missionaries from all over the world. A high percentage are full-time, stressed-out students at Utah State University who make time to do this important work.

The Latter-day Voices sing in area LDS seminaries, stake conferences, firesides, regional activities and other invited opportunities. They are a talented group of Latter-day Saint musicians who love the Gospel, love to sing and love each other!

Brother Nyles Salmond conducts the choir with Kellice Bradley and Nathan Kasparian serving as accompanists. Some of the numbers that will be part of the Single Adult Fireside include “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing,” “Praise to the Man,” “Feed My Lambs,” “I Stand All Amazed,” “When Love Came Down” and other worshipful selections.

The Latter-day Voices count the opportunity to be with the Cache Valley Singles as one of their highlights for the year.
